Liverpool have rejected a £150 million bid from Saudi Arabian club Al-Ittihad for their star forward, Mohamed Salah
The bid, which was made days ago, was reportedly the first serious offer received by Liverpool for the Egyptian international and was put on hold. Al-Ittihad's offer included a fee of £100 million, with an additional £50 million in add-ons. This bid was made after weeks of speculation linking Salah with a move away from Anfield.
Liverpool's stance on the bid is that Salah is not for sale, and the club is determined to keep him. Although the £150 million bid is a significant amount, Liverpool values Salah's contribution to the team and considers him an integral part of their future plans.
The club's decision to reject the offer reflects their commitment to maintaining a competitive squad and their desire to challenge for trophies in the upcoming season.
