Qatari investors are set to bid for Manchester United 'in days' according to reports
There hasn't been much buzz about a possible sale of Liverpool FC in recent weeks, but that could be about to change for their rivals Manchester United.
According to the Daily Mail, investors from Qatar will make "huge money" offers for the Red Devils in the coming days.
According to reports, sources revealed that a group of private tycoons in Qatar are preparing to take over what they see as the "crown jewel of football".
The group is expected to make an offer before the current owners' February deadline, which they believe will knock out all competition. The offer will come from a different Qatari investor than Qatar Sports Investments, which currently owns Paris Saint-Germain. It is believed to be an outright takeover offer, rather than a minority stake.
