Hall has been a first-team regular for the Blues in the Championship this season, with the club manager John Eustace recently admitting that keeping the teenager will be a priority.

Leeds United have been on the race to sign the 18-year-old, but now Liverpool are understood to be keeping tabs the Merseyside Giants the teenager, who has also represented England at U18 and 19 level.

Liverpool, who have been impressive in attracting the best young talent in the country, could be without Naby Keita and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain this summer.

Everton are also trying to recruit young players to bolster their future success.
