Liverpool need Champions League football to sign £130 million player who already agreed to join them next summer

The Reds have made their own first half of the season a very poor one with four losses and four draws.
Their hope of getting a top four place to book a Champions League spot next season now looks shaky, with an eight point deficit to fourth-place Newcastle United.
They have the chance to reinforce their squad and reinstate their Champions League spot bid in January but if they continue to slump that apparently would cost them the chance of pulling off some marquee signings next summer.
One of the name who has been heavily touted with a move to Anfield next summer is Jude Bellingham. The midfielder who's been valued at £120million by Borussia Dortmund would without a doubt only clamour for a Champions League team next season , should he leave the Iduna Park.
Liverpool have the chance to land Brazilian midfielder and Frenkie de Jong in January.
Manchester United and Manchester City have also been linked with a summer move for Jude Bellingham next year, while Chelsea are confident they can sign the England international in January.
