Liverpool's youth team defeated Ajax 4-0 at the Kirkby Academy on Tuesday. The victory helped the young Reds achieved a consecutive group stage triumph after a week they defeated Napoli.
The lads' performance on Tuesday was a convincing one after struggling to beat Napoli narrowly in their opening fixture.
Cannonier hit pass Ajax young goalkeeper three times leaving a dyed-in-the-wool No. 9 reputation among football fans. As a striker, he was incredibly efficient with the opportunities that were provided to him.
Sporting director Julian Ward, head of loan pathways David Woodfine and goalkeeping coach Jack Robinson watched the game live.
And it's believed the former ball boy can be given a call up to the Reds' Anfield squad in one of the domestic cup games later in the season.
