The concept of the goal was being talked about after Newcastle United had allegedly failed on a time wasting antics inside the additional minutes.
Officials were also accused for extending a 5 minute stoppage time to an additional 3 minutes in a game where Achterberg was allegedly caught on camera 'making obscene hand gestures toward the Newcastle bench' .
Liverpool believed that Newcastle were wasting time during the second half by intentionally making it drag on. This prompted some weird moments between the staff of the two clubs after the game.
Achterberg has until Thursday to present a response to the FA according to reports.
