Tottenham forward Son Heung-min has been speaking ahead of the visit of Liverpool to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Spurs welcome Liverpool to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for what looks set to be one of only four top-flight games to take place this weekend.
Tottenham currently sit in seventh place on 25 points but have played three games fewer than all but one of the sides above them due to Covid-19.
They are yet to catch fire since the arrival of Antonio Conte as manager but Son wants his team-mates to make it as difficult as possible for Liverpool, who he admits he admires greatly.
"Liverpool are a really, really strong team and when I watch their games I really enjoy them because the way they play is really fun to watch as a football fan" said the South Korea international in an interview with Sky Sports.
"So it’s going to be a massive, massive game and it means something to us as well.
"I don't want them to think that they can come here and get three points easily. I don’t want to give them an easy three points.
"I want to take the three points from them because it’s our home.
"I want to make it a horrible afternoon on Sunday… ‘Come to London, it's going to be a really tough game’… that’s our aim."
