Lewandowski had Liverpool fans saying the same thing after Bayern Munich 'decision'
Robert Lewandowski has cast doubt on his future with Bundesliga club Bayern Munich this week as Sky Sports claim the Polish striker is demanding a 'new challenge'.
The report from Sky sparked plenty of interest among Liverpool supporters who believe their Anfield club should be 'all over the 33-year-old' as he'd turn the Reds into 'title favourites'.
One supporter wrote on Twitter: "Despite being 32, this is a player who can play for a few seasons for sure. Guaranteed goals. Makes a significant difference to the team. How much funds could they raise?"
Lewandowski worked with Jurgen Klopp during his days at Borussia Dortmund and Reds fans are keen for that relationship to be rekindled, believing the 33-year-old would be a fantastic signing despite being at the twilight of his career.
