Liverpool are reportedly losing ground to Borussia Dortmund in the race for Donyell Malen
The Reds have reportedly slipped behind the Bundesliga outfit in the hotly-contested chase for the PSV Eindhoven forward.
According to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf , Malen is set to seal a transfer away from the Eredivise within the fortnight.
And Liverpool have been heavily linked with the former Arsenal academy prospect, who scored 27 goals for PSV last season and caught the eye with the Netherlands at Euro 2020, grabbing two assists.
The report further states Dortmund are in pole position to sign the 22-year-old attacker, with the German club searching for a new forward after agreeing to sell Jadon Sancho to
Manchester United.
