27-goal Liverpool target agrees deal - PSV accept €30m offer

Donyell Malen had been linked with Liverpool over recent weeks with reports suggesting that Michael Edwards had made initial contact

Sport Bild, via the Daily Mail, a week  ago, reported that Borussia Dortmund have agreed on terms of a potential contract with PSV Eindhoven and Holland forward Donyell Malen.

Malen had been linked with Liverpool over recent weeks with reports suggesting that Michael Edwards had made initial contact with the striker's agent Mino Raiola. However, that seems to be about as far as Liverpool's interest reached.

On Friday afternoon Manchester United finally concluded the signing of Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.

With the BVB sanctioning a deal with Liverpool's Premier League rivals Manchester United for the sale of the Englishman, it looks like the German side have come one step closer to agreeing on a deal for his replacement.

SPORT1 journalist Patrick Berger has reported that Dortmund have agreed a fee of €30m with PSV for Malen,  meaning  that the Dutch international could complete his move to the Bundesliga by the end of the week.
