Kylian Mbappe has reportedly demanded he move to Spain as sporting director Leonardo is confident the Frenchman will sign a new deal at PSG
Paris Saint-Germain's sporting director Leonardo is confident that Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe will sign a new deal with the club.
The Reds have been tentatively linked with Mbappe for quite some time now, with no real indication that a deal will actually be possible.
Mbappe’s current deal in the French capital is due to expire next summer, and there have been no genuine updates as to whether or not he will pen an extension.
However, that looks to have changed as PSG sporting director Leonardo looks to have given an indication on the next step.
"I think we'll have some news that will make us all happy soon. We will soon get to a more concrete situation for Mbappe and Neymar contracts."
Elsewhere Real Madrid are confident they'll land Mbappe who has insisted on leaving PSG.
According to Cuatro and Cadena SER, via AS , Mbappe has decided to leave Paris as he has his heart set on linking up with Zinedine Zidane's side this summer.
