Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has revealed he's expecting three of his injured stars to return to action for Chelsea showdown on Thursday
Jurgen Klopp is confident Alisson Becker, Fabinho and Diogo Jota can be available for the Thursday evening showdown.
Alisson missed Liverpool's win at Sheffield United on Sunday following the tragic death of his father last week, while Fabinho was sidelined by injury.
Jota travelled with the Reds squad after recovering from a knee injury which has kept him out since September, but missed the game after he was ill overnight.
Following the 2-0 victory over the Blades, Klopp said he was sure Alisson and Fabinho would be available to face Chelsea - and gave a hopeful report on Jota.
"Alisson and Fabinho, I am pretty sure [they can play]," Klopp said.
"With Diogo, he was with us last night in the hotel, but he got sick overnight and we had to send him home.
"So it will depend how quickly he recovers, obviously.
"He wasn't in the squad, but he's trained with the team before [last week] and looked really good, like I said before."
Klopp added: "I would think that Diogo is ready for Thursday, but I don't know at the moment.
"Fabinho trained twice with the team and should be pretty close for the squad, I am sure. That is it pretty much."
