Sergio Ramos has turned down PSG call in a bid to secure a move to Anfield
34-year-old Ramos will see his Real Madrid contract reach its end in the summer and could possibly be the next bargain move for the Reds.
Once a Reds ugly foe Ramos could still help Liverpool strengthen their backline in the face of injury setbacks this season.
But the veteran's per-season salary of over £11m is a stumbling block for the Reds' consideration - otherwise the Premier League champions may have found another bargain transfer and wouldn't want to bother about David Alaba who's craving a much better annual salary.
Reports have had it that Sergio Ramos who wants a move to Liverpool has denied that he has received an offer from Ligue one giants Paris Saint-Germain.
An Initial report suggested that the Spain international denied both PSG and Liverpool links but that has been recounted and it is believed that the veteran wants a move to Liverpool in the short-run.
At the end of the season Ramos will be available for free but he's up for grabs for less than £20million this winter.
