Jose Mourinho has hinted Liverpool have no excuses if they lose against Tottenham on Wednesday
The Spurs manager deployed the mind games ahead of their Premier League visit to Anfield, comparing the exact number of days Jurgen Klopp has been in charge at Liverpool to his own tenure.
Mourinho also claimed the Reds have just one big injury - 'that of Dutch defender Virgil van Dijk and hinted Gareth Bale will not be fit enough to be part of his travelling squad.
He said: "Liverpool is the result of - if I'm not wrong - 1,894 days of work with Jurgen. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong by a few days.
"We're the result of work of 390 days but these 390 days are fake.
"Give me Liverpool's list of injuries and compare with what is the best Liverpool team.
"Liverpool has one big injury, which is Van Dijk."
