In few hours Liverpool's fate in the 2020/21 Champions League Group phase will be decided
Alongside the Premier League champions, three other Premier League clubs will learn their opponents for Europe top-flight competition's first round this season.
Liverpool won the top-flight competition in 2019 taking their total of the title to six.
Meanwhile Bayern Munich will be defending the title this season after winning the competition last season by beating Paris Saint-Germain in the final.
When will be the draw for the 2020/21 Champions League season?
The event ceremony will kick off at 4pm today Thursday in Nyon, Switzerland, as usual. Few minutes later the group stage draw will begin but club representatives will appear only via video links and not in person as per Covid-19 rules.
The Europa League group stage draw will take place in the same venue from 11am on Friday.

When will the Champions League kick off
Once the draw is made, fans will have less than three weeks to wait until the first matches.
The group stage schedule is:
Matchday 1: October 20/21
Matchday 2: October 27/28
Matchday 3: November 3/4
Matchday 4: November 24/25
Matchday 5: December 1/2
Matchday 6: December 8/9.
