Liverpool were confirmed as Premier League champions three weeks ago and they're are now on the brink of what will be a historic moment for the club.
The Reds will officially be able to lift the Premier League trophy at Anfield next week after they play Chelsea.

There are suggestions that the whole stadium will go into darkness, and will be followed by a light show and pyrotechnics on every roof.
However Liverpool decide to commemorate the occasion, it is sure to go down as one of the most memorable in the club’s prestigious history.
