Arsenal could miss out on transfer target Wout Weghorst once player knows offer from Liverpool

Weghorst had revealed on several occasions that he's craving a move to Liverpool and that it would be a dream come true any day if he gets the chance to play for the Merseyside giants.
The Wolfsburg striker who's being linked with a move to Arsenal this summer once made it known while speaking with De Telegraaf in 2018.
"I've dreamt of it since childhood. If I continue to train with full commitment, I think that opportunity will come," he said.
"Of course, something like that depends on several factors. You have to stay fit and a coach and club must see it in you, but apart from that you can create many things in life for yourself.
About two months ago, he told Goal and DAZN. “I still get goosebumps from ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’. There are other great English clubs too, and I always liked Milan because so many Dutch played there."
Twenty plus seven years old Weghorst is currently being valued at £33million by Wolfsburg who are willing to sell him this summer.
