Jude Bellingham need to 'take a chance' and make a move to the Premier League
That's according to former Arsenal star and football TV pundit, Paul Merson.
Bellingham who plays for Championship side Birmingham City is under the Reds' watch this term.
And the Daily Mail has suggested the Reds would only move for the England U-17 international in the summer as his current side are not letting him depart this month.
Speaking on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday, Merson said: "You have got to take chances in life when you get the opportunity and that's what it's all about.
"If I knew at 16,17, 18 what I know at 51, I would be a different person.
"One bit of advice I'd give is that always take that advantage. Always take that opportunity and then go from there."
Manchester United have been linked also with Bellingham, with rumour earlier this week speculating that they are preparing a £30 million bid.
