The new training ground in Kirby will house both Liverpool first-team players and academy
Liverpool Football Club remain on course to open their £50million brand new training facility before the start of next season.
The new training facility still under construction, is boastfully one of the largest football training base in Europe.
The state-of-the-art facilities include two gyms, a full-size sports hall, pool, hydrotherapy complex and specialist sports rehabilitation suites.
Once finished, Liverpool will move from their current complex in Melwood, which has been sold to a housing provider Torus.
The Merseyside club announced the sale of Melwood training ground in August and revealed their relocation to the Kirkby [Liverpool academy base] site will be completed before the 2020-21 season.

The 9,200 square metre centre will be a facility that will house both first-team stars and the club's Academy talent with Klopp keen to gather all age groups at the same site.
