The contest to name his five-month old baby after the Liverpool forward began in June this year
Former Liverpool striker Peter Crouch and his wife Abbey Clancy welcomed their fourth child in June 3rd this year.
Crouch had joked he named his son 'Divock Samrat Crouch' as a tribute to Liverpool forward Divock Origi after the Belgian's heroic campaign where he scored in both the semi-final and final of the Champions League.
Sadly for the 6ft 7in (Six-foot Seven-inch) tall, he couldn't convince his wife to go with the unusual choice and instead the couple agreed to name their child 'Jack'.
On Wednesday night towards the end of last month, Origi scored another late goal against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup tie which led to the Reds progressing into the quarter finals on penalty shootout.
It was made clear after the victory Crouch still has intentions of renaming Jack, 'Origi' when he replied a fan's post on twitter.
The fan on Twitter posted a picture of other clubs, reacting to all of the striker's late goals with the caption: "Divock Origi. The Hits."
Crouch saw the Tweet and responded with: "That's it I'm changing the name."
Meaning he is changing Jack's name to Origi or Divock maybe, and his wife might have to resist him for a second time.
