Naby Keita has been ruled out of Guinea's final Africa Cup of Nations group clash against Burundi

Keita missed the closing stages of Liverpool's last season campaign after picking up an adductor injury during a 3-0 defeat by Barcelona in their Champions League semi-final first leg.
The midfielder's return from injury now look to have been shortened, with Guinea announcing on Friday that he is set to miss their crucial final group game against Burundi in the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
Keita had to go off 26 minutes to the second half of their 1-0 defeat to Nigeria on Wednesday after he had received a knock midway through the game.
A statement released by the Guinea football federation on Friday read: "The victim of several blows against Nigeria, Naby Keita saw the doctor on Thursday.
"Although there is no serious injury, Naby is very uncertain for the match against Burundi. He was left at the hotel to continue receiving treatment, while the rest of the squad trained on Friday."
Some reports have claimed the Liverpool midfielder has suffered a shin problem, though, it is yet to be unveiled how long the Liverpool midfielder will be sidelined.
