Liverpool could splash out for the signature of Kylian Mbappe this summer with speculations springing up

Mbappe has been linked with move to Liverpool in recent days, although PSG have said they have absolutely no intention of selling the French forward this summer.
But the World Cup winner in an interview with ESPN has hardly reassured fans in Paris that he is staying.
Mbappe hinted on a Liverpool transfer when he was asked which team he would pick given a free choice on video game FIFA.
"I play with Liverpool because they win the Champions League", the 20-year-old said in response.
When he was asked if he likes Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, he answered: "Yeah he's good."
Meanwhile Jurgen Klopp who had previously ruled out a busy transfer window of heavy spending this summer has reassured the Reds he may splash out in order to keep up with Manchester City next season.
Klopp told German broadcaster ZDF: "Liverpool is an ambitious club and if we didn't spend the same amount of money as others, we wouldn't be able to compete. Everybody's splashing the cash, so we have to do the same."
It now appears that Mbappe who scored 39 goals in all competition last term is clearly happy to have his name linked with a move to Anfield this summer after former team mate Fabinho previously admitted he will try to persuade him to join his current side.
