Barcelona have agreed to let Ousmane Dembele join Liverpool but demands over £90m transfer fee
| ||||||
Dembele joined Barcelona from Borussia Dortmund in 2017 for an initial fee of over £90million, and a possible further £36m in add-ons.
The big money move came after Neymar's departure to help fill the void left by the Brazilian.
Dembele has undoubtedly impressed at the Nou Camp since his arrival, but he's now prompt to leave as the Catalan club has made him available for sale and want to recoup the money spent on signing Frenkie De Jong and a possible Antoine Griezmann move.
According to report, Barcelona are aware of Liverpool interest on the Frenchman and have informed them the 24-year-old has preferred move to Anfield.
Jurgen Klopp is said to be a keen admirer of Dembele and would want to land him this summer if possible - as the Liverpool boss is targeting full squad strength to beat Manchester City to the Premier League next season after slightly missing out in last season campaign.
Nice to hear that hope its true
