Bruno Fernandes has favored Liverpool interest amid Manchester United link

The Sporting Lisbon captain has been linked with a move to Anfield since the previous transfer window, with the Portuguese club reportedly wanting his departure this summer in order to raise funds as to curb their current financial worries.
However, Manchester United have appeared to have recently shown more eagerness in luring Fernandes who scored 26 goals last term to the Premier League as interest from the Reds have cooled in recent month.
But the Metro has claimed Fernandes' agent is jetting into England for talks with Manchester United while Liverpool have rekindled their interest.
And it now appears the Reds can successfully hijack Manchester United deal as the 24-year-old has revealed his admiration for the Merseysiders and also lauding Jurgen Klopp's style of play at Anfield.
Fernandes was quoted saying: "I like Liverpool a lot more [than City]. It’s a more direct [style of play], more offensive, maybe less organised, but more intense football. When you do not have the ball possession, you are more intense."
