It is no news that Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane wants to sign Mane this summer. The former french midfield ace was reportedly close to sealing a deal for the Senegalese before leaving the La Liga club last summer.
Mane has been one of Liverpool’s best players this season, becoming a joint top scorer with 22 goals alongside team mate Mohamed Salah and Arsenal's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in the Premier League.
Speaking prior to the Champions League final , Sadio Mane spoke out about reports that has been linking him with move to Real Madrid.
"This is always part of football so we have to deal with it but for me the most important thing is Liverpool and I’m happy here.
"I'm preparing for one of the biggest games for the club and the fans and the players as well, so let’s focus on this one first and win it.
"It's always a pleasure that this kind of team [Real Madrid] wants you but don't forget Liverpool. We beat big teams."
"I think it's incredible [to be in another final] and I'm so positive."
