And, on Saturday night they will have to come against Jurgen Klopp's men to record their first European title since the club's foundation.

Kane has now admitted he will be available for the glory night despite reticent claims over his fitness by Mauricio Pochettino.

The Totheham ace, three days after resuming full training with the first-team said: "If the final was today I would be fit to play.

"I feel good. I started to feel my way back with the team at the end of last week. There have been no problems so far.

"For me this week now is to get the fitness as high as possible. Then it's down to the manager.

"Like I said, I feel good. The manager will assess it and decide whether I'm ready to go or not. But so far, I feel good and ready."
