Grujic has spent this season on loan at Hertha Berlin and has emerged one the best midfield player for the Bundesliga club. His physicality and control in the centre of the field has cought the eye of a number of top European sides.
According to the ESPN, Atletico Madrid are keen on the Liverpool loanee for a permanent transfer.
The report claimed that the La Liga club are considering a move for Grujic as a possible replacement for 22-year-old midfielder Rodri who may join Manchester City in the summer.
Atletico Madrid have valued Rodri at €70m while Liverpool are demanding a €40m fee from potential buyers of Grujic.
Grujic, 23, struggled to break into Jurgen Klopp's first-team at Anfield but his loan spell at Hertha has been eye-catching despite the club's struggles.
The Reds are now targeting a significant profit on the £5m spent on the Serbian three years ago, when they sell him in the summer for €40m (£35m).
