Liverpool were close to winning the Premier League title under Bredan Rodgers five years ago but they received a late season upset from Chelsea and Crystal Palace, leaving Manchester City to be crowned champions.
Expectations from Red fans are set on Liverpool correcting that mistake when both sides goes head to head on Sunday evening but Hazard is confident his Chelsea side under Maurizio Sarri’s are equally capable inciting another blow this term.
Hazard told the BBC: "We don't care about who can win the title, we'll go there and try to win the game. They are a fantastic team to watch, their manager is great.
"They have some of the best players in the world. But we are Chelsea, we can beat anyone."
Chelsea have won their last four consecutive matches in all competitions and Hazard, himself, has scored four goals in the Blues last two Premier League appearances.
