The married Liverpool forward, 26, while filming for a promotional campaign politely embraced the woman by placing an arm around her.
The photo went viral reaching the Egyptian’s mom, who later wrote a text message shared by Salah, the message read: "If I saw your father doing this, I would ask him for divorce."
Salah shared the text, originally written in Arabic, in an Instagram story with a series of laughing emojis.
