Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain provides positive update on his recovery with training video

The former Arsenal man was expected to miss the whole of this season after a knee injury he'd sustained last year May, when Liverpool played Roma in the Champios League semi-finals.
After a long spell at the gym on his rehabilitation, Chamberlain have now come up with a long-waited update as he was spotted training on the grass for the first time.
Oxlade-Chamberlain should be able to return to face Bayern Munich in the Champions League if there are no setbacks involving his fitness programme and by mid-February he would be back to full training.
And it is a massive boost for the Reds who are expecting other of their injured stars to return in the coming weeks.
Jurgen Klopp however hinted at an earlier return of the midfielder last week, saying: “He is close, very close. And in a really good way.
"That will still take a couple of... last time I put a bit of pressure on the medical department. But when I see him moving the ball and what he's doing already it looks really good, promising, close to return."
