City boss Pep Guardiola has warned Liverpool not to slip as his side closed the gap to four points behind

Manchester City enjoyed a comfortable 3-0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on Monday night in Premier League.
Gabriel Jesus netted twice with his second coming after Willy Boly was red carded in the 19th minute, before Conor Coady's second-half own goal wrapped it up.
The victory now puts the Citizens four point behind league leaders Liverpool who were seven points clear and Guardiola has warned that his side will see no blunder in their chase to reclaim the top spot insisting if Jurgen Klopp's men slips then his side becomes front-runners.
"We cannot play the games against Liverpool so we cannot do anything about their games all we can do is win our games,” he said. “We can control what we can do.
“We have to be there and maybe one day they will fall. If they don’t win we will be champions. We have done incredible numbers so far but they are one team who have done better.
“We have to be there until the end. And the results will dictate who will win.
“When you have a league campaign, you can drop points. We weren't in our excellent moments against Leicester and Crystal Palace but it is normal, and we came back in the games after by creating chances and conceding few."
