Neil Warnock has branded Liverpool decision 'disgrace' after allowing Nathaniel Clyne to join Bournemouth
It was claimed before Clyne had made the loan switch to Bournemouth that Cardiff City were also interested on the 27-year-old right-back.
And Cardiff manager Neil Warnock speaking after his FA Cup defeat to Gillingham on Saturday, expressed his dismay over missing out on Nathaniel Clyne and blamed Liverpool for not keeping their promise.
"I’m disappointed with Nathaniel Clyne and Liverpool," he said.
"To see on TV he’s gone to Bournemouth when I’ve been promised he’s my player is for me a disgrace and a lack of class."
Liverpool are now looking forward to adding a new name to their line-up this negot period following the double deal done on Friday which saw Dominic Solanke and Clyne leaving Anfield.
It is reported they are close to their first January signing of Turkish 19-year-old attacking midfielder from Trabzonspor.
