Liverpool are in talks with Crystal Palace over a loan move for Dominic Solanke
Prior to the game with Chelsea on Sunday, Palace manager Steve Parrish in a TV interview with biengSPORT ahead of the derby was asked about transfer plans for the Eagles to which he replied:
"We are trying, these things are never straightforward but we really are trying to get someone in early if we can.
"It will make a big difference and we think it will lift everybody."
Parrish was later asked if the target is Dominic Solanke.
"For once, the papers are not miles off what we're looking for," he answered.
Recent reports had maintained the 21-year-old Liverpool forward is demanding a move away from Anfield with Crystal Palace being his favorite location.
Solanke scored his first Premier League goal in a 4-0 win over Brighton last season and he's yet to find his foot on Jurgen Klopp's plan this season.
