Liverpool warned not to make further additions in January

It could be dangerous to add new legs to a winning side in January

Lfc rumour
That's the claim of former Blackburn star Tim Sherwood who believe Jurgen Klopp's men currently have the quality to win any side this term.

Liverpool are yet to lose a game in the Premier League and are six points clear at the top of the Premier League standing.

There have been reports that they might look to make one or more addition this January transfer window and the likes of Christian Pulisic and Jean-Clair Todibo has been tipped as potential target.

But Sherwood thinks the dynamic of Jurgen Klopp's side so far can be altered by bringing new players at halfway stage of the season.

"It's really dangerous for people to think they need to add extra players. You can change the whole dynamic of your dressing room by doing that. They are in this position and I wouldn't sign another player.

"Newcastle did it with Faustino Asprilla [in 1996] and it was a disaster. We know what a good player he was, he almost changed the dynamics of how they played, but it didn't work out. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

"At the moment, I think the squad is strong enough, if they cope with injuries, to compete until the end."
