Jurgen Klopp answered questions on why Mohamed Salah muted goal celebration against Reds Star Belgrade
Liverpool climbed to the top of Group C Champions League standing on Wednesday after a comfortable 4-0 victory over Red Star Belgrade at Anfield.
Salah put the Reds three goals ahead as he grabbed a double with Sadio Mane late strike sealing it up.
However, the Egyptian hitman who had been going through a goal drought was rather subdued after finding the back of the net and he refused to celebrate his strikes despite being mobbed by his team-mates.
Although ordinarily it might be a cause for concern, Klopp isn’t too worried about Salah.
Jurgen Klopp when questioned about why Salah refuse to celebrate, he said: “He is completely fine. Really.
"If he is not celebrating, I don’t know if he is maybe a bit annoyed about getting asked about it [his scoring record].
"We didn’t speak about it, to be honest.
"You ask him all the time and then I go to him and say.
“How do you feel because you haven’t scored as often?’ – I am not crazy! It is all good.
“I saw him celebrating but I couldn’t see his face from that distance.
“I know he is fine – and I saw his face when I took him off! That was different!”
