Jurgen Klopp has said he's happy to see Alisson err for the first time and reveals why
Saturday Week 3 Premier League game saw Liverpool two goals ahead of Leicester before Alisson gifted Leicester City a goal and so nearly let them back into the game.
It is the first goal he has conceded this season but Klopp says it was an accident which potentially was awaiting to happen after escaping a similar situation against Brighton last week.
Alisson dallied on a Virgil van Dijk back pass, trying to cut his way up the six-yard but ended up getting caught out as Kelechi Iheanacho tackled him inside the eighteen-yard box, crossing for Rachid Ghezzal to score.
After the game Klopp said: "To be 100 per cent honest, I'm really happy it happened because we don’t have to wait for it now. After last week everyone was talking about it and saying some day it will be difficult. Today you saw it. Don’t do it that way. Box ticked. Carry on."
"He’s 0.0 per cent arrogant but he's confident and he can do it. We make decisions in a second and in a second you realise that was the wrong one."
