The Egyptian has threatened to quit Anfield after Nabil Fekir deal collapsed.
Liverpool were close to signing Fekir after the asking price worth £58million for the Lyon attacking midfielder was met.
With the World Cup emerging it was reported that the Frenchman has already completed his Liverpool medical and had photo-shoots with the Liverpool's media team.
However during the medical undergone Fekir was discovered with a knee injury which has led to the Reds putting further steps to finalize a deal into doubt.
The deal was latter reported to have collapsed and Spanish outlet Don Balon has claimed Liverpool key man Mohamed Salah being unhappy with the decision to pull out off the deal has threatened to leave Anfield as he expect his side to sign the Lyon playmaker.
Don Balon also stated that Mohamed Salah has given Liverpool an ultimatum to buy an attacking midfielder this summer or he will move to either Real or Bacelona.
