The German forward has been heavily linked with a move away from the Bundesliga
The Germany international has been tipped with move away from Leipzig, with Liverpool, Manchester City and Manchester United all said to be tracking the striker.
However, Real Madrid have also been credited with interest in Werner ahead of the summer transfer window.
Spanish news outlet Don Balon claim Werner has decided to join Liverpool. It also add that the Reds is ready to pay £88m (€100m) for Werner.
Werner, 22, has been in fine form for the German side this season, scoring 22 goals with 8 assists in all competitions.
Liverpool manager Klopp is desperate for a Premier League glory next season and the German could land Werner to provide the Reds with enough fire power to raid Pep Guardiola’s side for the title.
