Liverpool told to pay extra £13m to seal keita move this January

Naby Keita could move to Liverpool this month according to report if Liverpool pay £13 million

Liverpool reached a £48million deal agreement with RB Leipzig last summer window which would see the midfielder coming to Anfield at the end of the season.

But according to report from German outlet Bild Naby keita could be the possible replacement for once red key player Philippe Coutinho who recently joined Spanish side Barcelona.

The report claimed that RB Leipzig could let Keita leave this winter window as they look to raise fund to comply with UEFA's Financial Fair Play rules and they are reportedly demanding an extra pay between £13million - £17.5million.

Such funds may not be so hard to come by considering the £145m deal that saw Philippe Coutinho move to Barcelona earlier in the week.

The Guinean would be unable to play in the Champions League for his new club should he make the move, but could feature in the league and FA Cup.
