Jordan Henderson has returned to Liverpool training ahead of Swansea City clash on Monday night
The Reds captain had been sidelined from first-team action after suffering a hamstring injury against Arsenal on December 22.
Liverpool have impressed in Henderson's absence, winning all five of their games, including a dramatic 4-3 victory over league leaders Manchester City, bringing their 22-game unbeaten league streak to an end.
Henderson has made 16 Premier League appearances this term, scoring one goal, and will be hoping to return to the side on Monday as they look to extend their 18-game unbeaten run across all competitions against struggling Swansea.
Meanwhile Liverpool's new £75m defender, Virgil van Dijk, is also expected to return against bottom-of-the-league Swansea after suffering a tight-hamstring in training which forced him to miss last Sunday's victory over Man City.
