Ex Manchester United player finds fault in Klopp's tactics after 3-3 draw against Arsenal

Gary Neville want Liverpool manager Jurgen klopp to get rid of players underperforming

Last night at the Emirate the Reds were oust from a first half 2-0 lead  after conceding three goals in just ten minutes in the second half of the game. However Roberto Firmino strike in the seventieth minute  helped Liverpool to end the game with a point.

While Jurgen Klopp’s side have had no problems finding the back of the net, Liverpool have dropped points with sloppy mistakes and goalkeeper errors.

According to spectators of the match Simon Mignolet was at fault for Arsenal’s second in north London as Granit Xhaka’s strike from long-range went straight through him.

Reflecting on the draw former Manchester United defender Neville says Klopp is to blame for not getting a better shot-stopper during the summer transfer window.

“Get rid of the players,” Neville said.

“You looked at what Pep Guardiola did last season. He brought Bravo in for big money but wasn't good enough, couldn't adapt to the Premier League and got rid of him. Ederson comes in and looks fantastic.

“Full backs weren't good enough at City so he brought three new full backs and spent £130million and just dealt with the issue.

“He's got to deal with the issue. Like I say, Jurgen Klopp is the only person who can do that. It's staring everyone in the face, it's staring him in the face.”

Neville went on to criticise Liverpool’s defence with individual errors also costing Liverpool points this term.

He added: “You look at the team here, [Ragnar] Klavan... really? [Dejan] Lovren is disappointing me even though he was fantastic at Southampton. [Joe] Gomez is young so I think he's got some development to do.

“Mignolet we've talked about and [Loris[ Karius we've talked about and then you're talking about the full backs. You're playing [James] Milner there, you're playing [Andrew] Robertson there, you're playing [Alberto] Moreno there.

“Can you trust them? Can you trust them in the biggest games?”
