CELTA VIGO star Iago Aspas has admitted Liverpool fans will always remember him for a shocking corner against Chelsea - but has vowed to end Manchester United's Europa League dream.
But after a nightmare season that saw him score just one goal from 15 games, he then returned to the Spanish side in 2015.
A loan spell at Sevilla in between saw him net 10 goals from 25 games, and his 21 from 38 appearances so far this season has seen him establish himself as one of La Liga's deadliest forwards.
Aspas will be aiming to show English football what he is capable of when Celta go up against Manchester United tonight (8.05pm).
And the 29-year-old has opened up about his Liverpool nightmare, admitting a dreadful corner in a 2-0 defeat to Chelsea at Anfield was his worst moment.
"The corner is the last memory they have of me but football always gives you another chance," he told the Daily Mail.
"Let's hope the new lasting memory of me in England is knocking Manchester United out of Europe, for the sake of Celta Vigo, and for the happiness it would bring to Liverpool supporters too."
